What file format do I receive?
The bot sends a full file as a Telegram document (usually an Excel spreadsheet). File size is shown in chat. Save it using Telegram’s download options.
What is the difference between Import and Export?
They are two separate dataset types with separate menus and periods. Verify you selected the correct type before paying.
How long is paid access valid?
After payment is confirmed, your download credit is stored for a limited time (7 days in the bot). Then a new payment is required for the same period.
Can I download the same base multiple times?
One successful payment grants one full download for the selected period. A new payment is required if the credit was already used.
Are refunds available after delivery?
No. After a successful file delivery, payments are not refunded. Double-check period, dataset type, and amount before paying.
Can I request specific data instead of the full base?
Yes. Use Support on the main screen or /help. You can also use the custom information option in Import or Export menus.
How do I contact support?

The bot does not see my payment. What should I do?
Wait 1–2 minutes after paying in Crypto Bot, then tap Check payment. If it still fails, contact support with your invoice id.
Do I need a website account?
No. Everything happens in Telegram using your Telegram account.
Is USDT payment secure?
Payments go through the official Crypto Bot (@CryptoBot). The bot never asks for wallet seed phrases. Open invoices only inside Crypto Bot.
